Support and refund contact: contact@coyuno.com. Emails may be submitted at any time and are reviewed and answered by the operator.
Product, price and additional costs
Product: NoteUnlock for Guitar v1 Full Course, digital material used in a browser. Price: USD 19.99, one-time purchase. Applicable tax and the final currency/amount are displayed in Checkout before confirmation. There is no shipping charge. Your connection costs and any payment-provider conversion or separate fees are your responsibility.
Payment and delivery
Payment: credit cards and other methods shown in Stripe Checkout. Payment is collected once at purchase; there is no recurring charge or automatic renewal.
After payment and purchase-access confirmation, Full Course is normally available immediately through the same COYUNO account. Contact support if access is not available after payment.
Requirements
You need internet access and a browser with JavaScript, essential cookies and browser storage available. Check layout and audio in the free lessons on your device before purchasing. Learning progress does not automatically sync between devices.
Cancellation and refunds
Email within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason, including after using the material. After a full refund, access to paid lessons is stopped. See the Refund Policy for the process and help with problems after this period. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
